ABRS

At Sawston Riding School we are proud to be able to offer Association of British Riding Schools (ABRS) riding and stable management exams. These are a progressive series of ten tests, available for both riding and stable management, which provide achievable stepping stones during the learning of correct riding and stable management.

Riding tests range from basic riding to lateral dressage work and grid jumping. The stable management tests range from students being tested on basic tack and parts of the horse; to more advanced topics such as first aid, clipping and care of the competition horse.

There are also a more basic set of 5 tests suitable for younger children, or more nervous candidates.
